TOWNER ROAD PARK MASTER PLAN

VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional planning  and design services to the Meridian Township Parks Department for a new 20 acre community park. Proposed project amenities include: large group picnic pavilion, restroom and concessions building, paved trails, wetland overlook decks, competition soccer, baseball, and softball fields, sand volleyball courts, new parking and entry drive, multi-age/barrier free playground, rain gardens, bio-swales, and extensive native upland and wetland prairie restoration.

VIRIDIS Design Group has also been retained to complete construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for the project.
